40th Birthday Party Case Study
Brief:The client's family wanted a spectacular surprise 40th Birthday Party. The birthday girl was an American and loved New Orleans so they wanted the party to incorporate this theme.
Result:
The creation of a Mardi Gras style party from the deep south. We wanted guests to feel as if they were walking into an infamous jazz club during the Mardi Gras.
Pink and mauve up-lighters enhanced the stunning pillars of the venue, while tables were decorated with billowing black ostrich feathers, sliver twisted willow and hundreds of tiny fairy lights all laid on sumptuous purple linen.
Entertainment came from the fantastic Toots jazz band, mixing the sounds of Louis Armstrong with other classic get up and dance jazz tunes. Showgirl waitresses welcomed the guests and stilt walkers, magicians and jugglers got the party started!
The menu also followed the deep south theme and traditional Creole and Cajun dishes were transformed into a delicious banquet befitting the occasion.
