Overseas Wedding Case Study
Brief:Hazel and Charlie Moore form Ireland, wanted to marry in Mallorca but not knowing the island didn't know where to start. Busy as teachers they couldn't take time out to plan their big day. They wanted a full wedding planning service, including venue finding, catering, hair and make up, entertainment, floristry, guest liaison and all legal documentation needed for an overseas wedding.
Result:
Hazel and Charlie's wedding was meticulously planned from start to finish. The venue chosen was a fabulous luxury hotel in the village of Delia in the Tramuntana Mountains. As Catholics, the couple wanted a church wedding, which involved liaison with the local priest and officials to arrange the necessary paperwork, and the beautiful 16th Centaury church was decorated with gorgeous scented full bloom roses.
The couple and their guests then enjoyed a reception with locally produced vintage cava in lemon tree gardens to the sound of a Spanish classical guitarist. A traditional Mallorcan 5 course wedding breakfast using fresh local ingredients was served culminating in the cutting of the cake on a balcony overlooking the moonlit mountains. Guests partied on until dawn as on as only the Irish can.
